On 8 March 2024, the Justice and Society Research Centre at the Institute of Criminology, University of Cambridge organised a hybrid research seminar to mark International Women’s Day 2024. The seminar invited reflections from leading experts in the field of violence against women including Zeynep Kaya (University of Sheffield), Adrija Dey (University of Westminster) and Miranda Horvath (University of Suffolk). The events saw enthusiastic participation from over 80 attendees, including academics, students and practitioners, including those involved with policing, probation, healthcare, trade unions and charities.
